At Magnet Maker Plus+, we take pride in creating high-quality custom magnets and getting them to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
📦 Processing Time
All magnets are custom-made to order.
- Order processing time: 2-3 business days
- Processing time does not include shipping time
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays
Once your order has been created and packaged, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship your order mostly with USPS.
Estimated delivery times (after processing) is with Standard Shipping 5-7 business days.
- Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume shipping periods.
🌍 Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the US only.
📍 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Magnet Maker Plus+ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply
📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with your local post office or carrier first
- Contact us immediately so we can assist where possible
